Complete Ripoff subscription paid in full no magazines received, they do not respond to emails nationwide

Subscription paid in full, waited, waited no magazines received. Sent more than 10 emails no response. Contact the magazine directly and I do not even appear in their system, they said I have to contact mag for less AGAIN!
