Manipulation of Student loans for a private company under the guise of an Educational Institution

The first of the year, my employer introduced a time-study which cut back on my time to study for my degree. I called my finanacial counselor and told him I needed at least two-months from classes. He told me openly that his manager would not approve it. (my thought was, who is paying for this, them or me?) My academic counselor told me that I could infact take the time needed for my employer because of the demand on my time for study. Two months past when the week before class was to start. I called my academic counselor to check on my status for starting class. I was told then that my financial counselor had quit his job and my paperwork which was supposed to be forwarded to the lender had never been done.

I was charged the entire tuition fee for the class I was to start when my employer needed me, but also when the class was to start after the two months I found out that my loan status had been cancelled and was billed for the new class. A total sum of $2,000. Also, last year my name was submitted for promotion at work. I needed three classes to complete the requirements for my associates. I asked to take these classes, but they were never scheduled. I asked many times for almost a year. The reason I was first given was that the University had just paid out X number of dollars for another law-suit which the University ended up paying for anothers degree and the University no longer administered the Associates Program.

For one year after that, I constantly saw advertisments contrary to what I was told, my personal paper work within the school still acknowledged the difference in credits for my associates degree and my bachelors degree, with information on what I had to do for my degree's. My opinion is that Appolo group denied my associates degree for fear of losing the funds because I had organally appllied for the Bachelors Program.

I believe that because Appolo group is a business before an educational institution, decisions are made at the conference table with the "bottom line" being the overall reason for decion making processes. The academic counselors job is not only to keep one in class but also to keep the money rolling in through what ever process within the laws. That of course is relevent to whether they get caught or not.
