Misrepresents What They Can Deliver and Sell Credit Card Accounts to Pay for the $, 000 to $33,000 Classes that Small individuals Can't Afford Ripoff

Income Strategies Institute (ISI) is selling bogus classes which it cannot support with qualified and educated professionals. Stay away from this company. Most of the information they talk about is on the web.
ISI markets itself to those who cannot afford to incur $15,000 to $33,000 for classes by using a credit card account to pay for the classes. ISI apparently receives a fee from selling the credit card to you. This is not how you start an investment. They are fooling you into thinking that you will get back your money in the next 3 months. Upon asking Sid Sperry and several presenters including Dotson, they were unwilling to provide names and telephone #s for any prior student to confirm their success. They have no success except to take your money.
ISI (or its affiliate or friendly company) then sells protein chocolate drinks at the end of program and attempts to get the student to be a distributor of their products (or the products they endorse) by also buying the product for joint pain. Sounds like the old medicine man in the movies-and what does this have to do with real estate and stock?

ISI attempts to get you to buy the 3 day course for $25 (discounted down from $199) but has you use your credit card which has vague language therein that you are also buying for $59.99 month a web page-they never discuss this in the 3 day class. So they start to bill your credit card and you don't even have a web site and you don't even know about this because they never talk about it in the coures or the meetings.

ISI is similar to the John Beck Mentoring Institute course out of Utah in every way-there are numerous complaints filed against that provider related to all the above. Check them out.

The individual who owns the course is Sid Sperry. The presenters are Randy Crane and Lee Dotson. Other than Lee Dotson. Per his word, none of the other members and employees, including the owner Sid, list any college credentials or degrees. No one shows you a deal they actually did except Sid talks about a deal of 11 acres in Provo that he bought cheap but has yet to see a dime of profit except he thinks he will-he said that he got into over 900 real estate deals but never did he show you one that he made money from-they lack complete creditability.

Don't waste your money and time on these guys-they are here today and gone tomorrow.

It is amazing how these people are taking advantage of people who need their money the most. These are my strong opinions-my son is a Morman and he has told me that there are many scams going on in Utah that good people are getting into. The Morman church has also issued a warning to its members to stay away from this type of scam.

I am also a lawyer and these guys are misrepresenting their services but you will never know until you buy their services.

You don't need luck here, you need common sense.
Take care and do not be foolish.
