Income Strategies Instute is a SCAM. They will take your money and you get very little. They offer over priced training and make bogus brainwashing in their classes to get you to spend $10,000 to $33,000 dollars.
I recently attended an ISI Seminar. The first day went slow and we were let out an hour early. I Paid $50 for this seminar which I was told had a value of $199 dollars. The seminar teaches you a few things about their programs but they (ISI) really want to brain wash you into thinking you will make no less than $30,000 dollars for every real estate deal they help you with and what a coincidence. There premium program cost $33,000 so the program pays for itself with the first deal. Sure.
The second day opened with a discussion of stockmarket trading and something called covered calls. There was a very knowledgeable person in the room who immediately questioned the example that was given by the instructor,
Lee Dotson. Lee got in this guys face and told him he better shut up or leave. Lee Dotson was very rude to this person turned out to be very knowledgeable of the stockmarket. Lee Dotson's example was very bogus. This was just to start things out. Lee's example made it look easy to make money in the stockmaret with very low risk. It was bogus.
Lee said we must participate in his discussion and told us this over and over.
He talked about his family and how he had paid off his mother's mortage by his hard work. He also said Sid Sperry paid him $1,000, 000 yes one million dollars a year. Not bad for bilking seminar goers out of millions.

It was now time to talk about Foreign Currency Trading. They, ISI claim it is very safe if you follow their program. Sorry, that is just not true. Trading FOREX is a big risk.

Just after lunch the instructor, Lee control freak Dotson, put a slide up. It said the US Government controlled the prime rate. I raised my hand and pointed out it was the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernacke who controlled that rate and he agreed and I THOUGHT ALL WAS FINE.
A second later one of the henchmen from the back of the class taps me on the shoulder.
He yanks me out of my seat physically and says that I had better shut-up and let the Lee teach the class. Now recall, Lee earlier had demanded class participation.
I told this henchman person to get lost and I went back to my seat. Then there was complete silence and they talked about taking a break.
And then, suddenly I was told by the henchman that I must exit the seminar. I sat firm in my seat and said, " I am not leaving until you give my $50 dollars back" The instructor than reached in his pocket, threw $50 cash at me and said he never wanted to see me again the rest of his life. I guess he can't stand intelligent people and is used working on a sheep ranch or something.
He said he was calling hotel security if I didn't leave NOW!

I was then physically escorted out of the seminar from now 4 ISI henchmen all together from the back of the class. One of them even grapped me and hit me with his chest and told me basically if I didn't leave he was going to beat me up. I stood my ground and told him to go ahead and hit me. He later denied this. I considered getting the local police involved but it was 10 against one. So I left. They had already wasted plenty of my time. I could have shut them down for a while by calling the police but decided to be on my way.
This Company Income Strategies Institute is a total scam, proven by the way they treated me and the other person at the beginning of the day. I was only asking clarifying questions and they kicked me out of the seminar. I guess I asked too many questions.
What is comes down to is, "Wicked people - ISI are offended by Good People" THe GOOD WILL PREVAIL! YES
They just want your money. They will not help you.
