I don't recall ever signing up for this company, or authorizing them to constantly attempt to withdraw 19.95 out of my checking, and if the money isn't there, they do it daily until it is. This has cost me hundreds in overdraft and actual withdraws. I can never get through to anyone at customer service, and I had to close my checking because my bank didn't have any other advice, as it seems to be happening all the time!
