Blood-sucking leeches using deceptive tactics to extort money they claim you owe

In I was sued by National Credit Acceptance on behalf of Circuit City for an unpaid credit card debt. A judgement was given and they immediately had my wages garnished. I thought all was settled.

In I started receiving letters claiming I still owed them money. When I called about it, they claim it was for legal fees. I asked why they waited 4 years to claim this and why it was not asked for or settled in the judgement, they claim they could not file at the same time (oh, please).

On December 1st, I had a court date with them to have this mediated becaude I felt I owed them nothing. Before seeing a judge, they had me to fill out some paperwork because my financial situation had changed in those 4 years. They postponed the mediation til January 20 due to the holidays and to possibly work out some payment arrangements.

Before that date came, I received a letter that they dropped the case. However, on January 24 they had my bank account levied without any prior notice.

Now, they are still claiming there is money owed. I feel this is some sort of extortion. They have this representative name Lisa who is in their legal service depatment who is extremely rude. Upon requesting some information, she got loud and belligerent. I asked for her supervisor and she claimed she was the supervisor. I asked for someone above her and she over and loud talked me and screamed at me to SHUT UP!!! No one deserves that.
