Been a member since 07/01/05, never knew I was being ripped off until Jan. 2007. When I filed a claim, the monster showed it's head.
Accidently ran my fingers into a table saw blade 11/1/07. Was taken to the emergency room at a County Hospital. Being in pain and incoherant to command or questions, my only thoughts were on getting relief of excruciating pain with treatment.
Faxed forms and info they requested, they had no record of it when I checked on status in Feb., so I had to refax info again, at my expence again.
Checked status a second time. No record showing fax received again. Transferred to at least four different people and still got no satisfaction. Each claimed, they had no information on my claim.
Third call was a disaster, they denied not only the claim, not being received, but that I had no membership with them. After expressing my anger, was put on hold, passed the buck to numerous departments, then finally said, yes they had the claim and it was received by the underwritters for processing.
By this time, in their games of deception and fraud they play, it was March 16. I had enough of their Mickey Mouse crap and cancelled my membership.
Checking back for the statis this time, April 30th, I was told, I had been denied. Transferred to more idiots who didn't know "you know what to shine-olla". Excuse was because there were no code #'s on the bills.
Here we go again. Has any one out there, ever gotton satisfaction or refunds from these slithering scum buckets, or sued them? I am willing and ready to sign a class action suit.
