I sent for a credit card limit $15,000. After reviewing everything, I decided to cancel it. They cashed my check, but would not refund my money. Everytime I called them, they said it was in the mail.
I sent them a certified letter, demanding my refund, and this is going on seven months. They always tell me the same thing.
"Oh, it was probably lost in the mail, we will stop payment on it, and issue another one." They always say the same thing. They have reps who all say the same thing. I just want my money back, and yes, I will do whatever it takes. Please help me.
