I am being billed on one of my credit cards ($1.00) for something I know nothing about and can not get this off of my credit card. Savings for "what"? Ripoff

On March 22, I was charged yet another $1.00 for something that I have not idea what I am getting in return; furthermore, have never purchased anything from these people! I wonder just how many others are being charged monthly. I am furious to think that these people are making a fortune on us. Think about it, if "you" billed a million people $1.00 for 12 months a year AND there is no way to get this off! I feel I am being raped!
