I noticed on April 9th that a charge for $15.00 was on my online bank account statement. Upon further examination of my statement I came accross another charge for $49.00 on March 27th. I have never even heard of this company, let alone authorizing a transaction with them.
I started recieving Time Magazine in the mail. I thought maybe one of my friends or relatives subscribed me as a gift or something, as the magazine had my name on the front. It wasn't until I found the charges on my bank statement that I started to worry. How in the world did they get my account number!
I started to investigate online when I came across usacomplaints.com. Immediately I found TWX magazine on here.
I am now disputing the charges with my bank. I am so glad this site exists. When something like this happens you feel like you don't have anywhere to turn to or get answers from. Thank You for all your information on what to do to resolve this matter.
