I was introduced to Freddy by my agencie, for an audition to be in MAXIM MAGAZINE. I thought he was Legit; He tried to tell me I had to pay money for submitting my photos to Maxim to see if they'd like to pick me. I didn't do it because I've heard of stuff like that before
A year later, after my persistency (because I really wanted to be in Maxim) He said he picked me for that year's trip to Peru, since I had done so well that year in modeling. He said that I'd be kind of the leader of the pack and do the interviews / spokes modeling in Peru (when we went there).
So I signed a contract for JUST to get paid $300. For a weeks work in PERU South America, I was more stoked on the trip. So I signed it! At the airport the day of leaving, 2 girls canceled (supposabley) and one other girl (along w / myself) showed up she flew there from Vegas.
I found out she paid to be there, gave him $600. For zed cards, and another $600. Later because he said she had to cover the fair of the flight. (I didn't pay anything)
I told her this, we realized on the trip when we started talking (after he told me specifically not to speak about the rates or become friends with her) I did because I realized he was lying to her and wanted to find out more.
This was the worst trip of my life, because Freddy almost got me and Alison (the other model) in jail for OVER 2 years in a Peruvian prison for him not doing the homework that IT WAS ILLEGAL TO DO BIKINI SHOTS IN MANCHU PICCHU, but ditching us at the top of a mountain so we were interrogated and pointed with guns.
I was not aware that there was any problem when he said we could take the rest of the tour after shooting for a little bit.
I don't speak Spanish so I didn't realize what was going on, when me and Alison took the rest of the tour the policia came and got us put guns in our face (at least 9 policia) and said he were taking naked photos, which we weren't and I had no idea what was going on. Freddy left us at the top of the mountain, didn't tell us, I called him panicking, crying and scared for my life from the body guards phone that thankfully stayed with us!
I was terrified because we were going to jail because of him. He wouldnt come to the top of the mountain to even explain for us, or HELP US IN ANY WAY, hung up on me and our cameras were takin (which had only scenery shots on them) after geting stripped searched, interrogated, and scared shitless they let us go because the bodyguard gave them his footage of the shoot in the bikinis.
I was mortified, extremely pissed and suprised that someone i thought i could trust could bring me to a foreign country at only 20 years old and have me arrested for their mistakes!
Freddy didn't even care when we met up with him at the bottom of the mountain, he said "oh it's aright, It's aright". Not only did Freddy have sexual relations with a man he brought on the along on the trip after we arrived & have him tag along as his sidekick, he put us up in a Hostel with No Heat, No hot water for after of hour of running, (in the middle of winter) & didn't pay for our food, wouldn't let us have our pictures from the whole trip as well as pay for our taxes to even get home at the airport which was ONLY $30.00! I
Had an even worse time getting just JUST $300. FROM HIM, I had to get my agent involved, and he wouldn't pay them either.
4 or 5 months after the trip I finally got my money, but he said he wouldn't give it to me unless I took down my MYSPACE BLOG ABOUT HIM BEING A CONARTIST & that HE would SUE me for giving false statements. I never got my pictures, OR footage from the TV shows there.
I was even surprised that I ended up in the Spanish Maxim at all after that incident, after finding out he had NOTHING TO DO WITH MAXIM, he just Submits the pictures. My friend Alison who PAYED TO BE there never saw a thing, money, or pictures as well and still has not recieved the ZED CARDS SHE PAID $600. For!
OBVIOUSLY Freddy has done this more then several times for I never saw it coming, HE'S REALLY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES and I would NEVER want anyone other young woman to go threw this devastating scare, feeling of being used, or even have to handle the vision of going to jail in PERU! I had the handcuffs on my wrists OKAY!
Lease know that freddy is a liar, con artist and will say anything (anything) to get you to do what he wants. He's an actor, and pulls lies outa every corner in his body!
