He acts like a sweetheart until he can get you to invest in his company. He tells you that he will put you as a silent partner or you can be a partner in his company. He will agree to anything you want to do until he gets the money, then he turns on you. If you try to contact him, he will yell at you and hang up on you. He will even promise you that his lawyer is doing the paper work for you and him, not so. He will tell you anything he thinks you want to hear to make you happy. It is all a fraud. The company name doesn't exist anywhere in the united states.
