Rip off in nc

This sounds like the same method of operation that i was a victim of in fairbluff nc. I single handedly ran the daytime on air operation of the radio station (wzfb) zeigler told me that the absentee owner wasnt sending money to cover wages. But if i would please stay on he would see that i got all the back pay. I eventually went to court, won a judgement. Zeigler agreed that i was owed the money (2500 dollars) i never got anything, when the local sherriff went to execute the judgement, he found an empty building and no sign of zeigler or anyone else. Last i heard of him till i saw this complaint recently
