I wish I had found this site sooner. I am another victim of Thin Tabs FREE trial offer. I came across their website and filled out the form and hit submit. Thought I was in for only the 4.87 charge. I was wrong, what did I find on my credit card charge, the 4.87 and 149.95. I was shocked to say the least.
I have gone to their so called customer support site. I filled out their tickets. I received one big run around. First, they stated I actually had a tracking number. I went to the usps.com website and ran the number. Good news, it said the merchandise had been delivered, to Roanoke, Va. I live in Texas.
I went back and opened another ticket, stating a wrong address delivery. Their next reply stated my card had been declined and that is why I haven't received any products. Anyone seeing the big picture yet? After opening 6 different tickets, they gave me a telephone # to call. So I called, I actually got a LIVE person. I explained my ordeal and yes, she said someone would call me back before 5:30pm. This had to be handled by UPPER mangement. No returned phone call.
I have contacted my credit card company, bad news, PE Labs has already received its payment. I got stuck with two charges and one giant headache. Can you say "HUGE Rip-off!" I would love to see a rebuttal on this one.
