Please do not waste your money on this 3- day traning. I attending one of his worksops in Pasenda, Ca and the Lectuurer Cherif Medawar who claimed he made millions from Robert Allen Insitute he even showed a bank statement of his earnings and mind he covered the date and covered the tranaction dates.
He seems to have the same script at each free workshops and he can reels you in by all his claims. It make it point when you become a member and pay the 2,995.00 that the students have the ability to obtained the information on the default homeowner before the county recorders office gets it and nobody else have this ability only Robert Allen Insititute members. Also in the workshop he states it comes back with a guarantee the first day of training if your not happy with the workshop. You have until the end of the day 7:00 PM to get your money back
He hits you at the end by telling perpitive suckers that he will partner to the first 9 people that sign up and all you have to do is find the deals and he will partner with you and split the earnings. Also if you give him your e-mail, he will send you his resource directory to start making deals immediately. He never e-mail me.
After waiting a week I finally got his e-mail address and I sent him a e-mail asking him to send me his resoure directory he claimed he sent it. Well my friend got a phone call from the Sharks and Greeded people so called Robert Allen Insitute and he made a complaint stating what happen to me and needless to say I got my resource directory which made no sense to me.
So I e-mail with questions and he never responeded. So I attempted to call my so called trainer to ask his some questions and he could not answer them. He was got very frustrated. He had to refer me to the Real estate dept.
I was very skepital the first day of training with the problems I had so far and I can tell there are many complaints about Robert Allen Institute. Which I did not do my research on. The first day they don't give you any materials which they promised the first day you signed up. They charge your credit card that day of the workshop. The day of training they give you one book, you have to come back the second day and third day to get all the material.
The first day is just hyping you up and really no information is given. People were asking questions and they would respond by saying will explain tommorrow.
Well I decided enough already. At the end of class I stated I would not continue the class and I would like a refund. The Event Coordinator got upset and treated me like a plaque. She stated" why did I go through the whole class and wait tell the end of class to request my refund". She told me not to fill out the refund form at the table that she was at. Probably didn't want other students to see that I was requested a refund. She stated to me it should recieve a refund with in 2-3 weeks.
I'ts funny they are so nice when they get your money! GOOD LUCK trying to get YOUR MONEY BACK TO THIS DAY I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND I HAD TO MAKE A FRAUD CLAIM TO MY CREDIT COMPANY. I've made severals attempts to resolve this matter and when you call in you to inquire about your refund. It goes to a voice mail to leave your information and someone will get back to and no one did. It finally took about 7 attempts to call customer service to complain and get a Supervisor name and ext. The other times they refuse to give me a name and I was told they can't give out names. To this day my credit card company is handling this and they gave me credit.
So please do not deal with this company. They are sharks and thiefs.
