We purschased the home in 1999 and had an escrow account to pay insurance and taxs. The insurance was paid late several times and other times Vanderbilt took more money stating that insurance went up. That was a big fat lie.
In 2002 we were SERVED A CITATION FOR DELINQUENT TAXS for the years 1998. To say the least we were very shocked and embarassed. The way vanderbilt treated us is a whole different story. The rudest people ive ever seen in my life. They would hang up on me all the time.
We could not get the problem resolved so we voluntary surrendered the home. I REFUSED TO send anymore money until the escrow funds were found or paid. Vanderbilt later sold or transfered the home and made about 8,000.00 more than we owed.
FINALLY it was over NOT in 2006 we had a new lender so we could buy a home Vanderbilt shows up on credit report that we owe them 6,211.00. I contacted them to see what was going on they stated there was damage and we had to pay to move the home. There was no damage and the move was prepaid and in the contract. Vanderbilt later had a balance 5,702.00 then 3,394.00 then in December a ZERO balance.
Is it over not hardly in January the balance is once again 6,211.00
