Dishonest fraudulent billing, canceled subscription. ITV Direct refuses to refund ripoff

I called ITVDirect in July to cancel my subscription for Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures monthly newsletter.

I was told to call back in August when my subscription expires but when I received my Visa statement I realized that they billed my credit card in July after I stated my intent to cancel. They canceled the subscription and I no longer receive the newsletter but they have been negligent to reimburse my credit card they money they charged.

I have called repeatedly asking why they have not reimbursed my credit card and I have been repeatedly lied to. I was told that they issued a check in October but Visa never received payment. This has been going on for 6 months. Now when I call they give me the runaround or just disconnect the phone connection.

I want my money back with interest and I want ITVDirect put out of business and legal action taken against them because what they are doing is illegal and fraudulent!

I have filed a complaint with the MA BBB. They informed me that they have sent two letters to ITVDirect to which they did not respond. Apparently they have something to hide.
