After checking my credit report i found a claim for $2,362.21 for an account with finger hut i never had. I tried to call finger hut who told me that they sold the account to compu credit and had no information on the account. When i called the non working number finger hut gave me i went on a hunt looking for this company. Finally i got a number an when i called them the could not give any information on the account but my name, that i owed this money, and my address.
I sepnt a number of weeks faxing proof of my current address to prove that this was not my account. I put a request to have the claim removed from my report only to be told months later that it could not be done. I tried to talk to these people who just stop talking to me no one had any answers or information for me.
Suddenly three years later i found out while trying to do my grocery shoppping that my bank accounts had been frozen an put into a negative state by a judgement awarded aganst me. All the money i have in the world is in my account and now i cant pay my rent, utilities, buy food, or anything. I tried calling the lawyer office but all they will tell me is that they want ot be opaid and there is nothing i can do because the judgement has already been entered against me. This can not be happening to me.
