I have tried to call this company over and over, sometimes being on the phone for over 1/2 hour, without being able to talk to a person. They are claiming, I owe $324.79 to Fingerhut, which is totally untrue. I have not had anything to do with Fingerhut for over 18 years and always paid what I owed. After unsuccessfully trying to call the above company, I called Fingerhut, they couldn't find an account under my name (of course not!) and they told me very rudely, I needed to fax my info to a company called compu credit. I told them, I would not spend any money on a fax for something I don't have anything to do with and asked for a phone number. I was told, the company does not have a phone number, only a fax number and an address. This is totally outrageous, since this shows up in my credit report.
