Joined Horizen travel in Knoxville in 2005 after attending one of their meeting that you go to and listen to a speech about how much money you will save by joining. Only joined because I had a cruise already booked and they said they could save me 1,000.00. What a joke, tried to book cruise for weeks and all I got was call us back, the one you need to talk to will be in tommorrow or no answer at all. Went back and forth with emails but never could get the cruise. Tried using club again when I went to San Franciso, the price of their tickets where higher than calling the airport and getting them myself! Big saving! The club gets a yearly fee of 179.00, the only way to cancell your membership is to call. The only three numbers I have are 1. Disconnected, 2. Mailbox is full, 3. Leave a message. The Knoxville office is gone! Horizen.com no longer exist. I guess they screwed enough people and got out of town! Would like to get my 3000.00 back that I was dumb enough to give them to join this joke of a club!!!
