When I was first contacted by Aqua Resources, I was very skeptical of the program. After doing my due-diligence and contacting several of their referral contacts, we went as far as going to the Aqua RG Office in California to check them out. We live in FLorida, so that is substantial.
Almost immediately after signing up for the program, which was paid upfront, Aqua started soliciting us for more money and trying to sell us products we didn't need. All of the realtors they sent us were agents we told them about. High pressure was applied to buy more $10,000 and $20,000 programs, which we turned down and were scolded for doing so.
When we decided the program wasn't going to work for us, we paid another large amount of funds to pull out of the program and Aqua told us they would follow up with the realtors we contacted, and they didn't, and they would send us more cruises for payiong off our agreement, and the cruises were bogus.
Aqua RG, without any doubt, is the biggest fraud and scam that I have ever encountered. I have saved all of my correspondence and paperwork with them, in hopes that one day I would be able to have my day in court with them. The were very persistant in me signing an agreement not to report any bad experience, which I refused to do.
If anybody has the courage and resources to pursue this legally, I will do everything I can do to cooperate or assist in this type of legal action. Apparently these folks will pop up again, under another name, and in another state.
