Charged 5 times the retail price on merchandise i purchased Ripoff

I purchased a dvd player, a washing machine, a refrigarator, 2 kitchen sets and a kitchen hutch

The 1st kitchen set i purchased fell apart, they came to repair it, they damaged it never replaced it or reimbursed me.
