Once again, GrantWriter Pro aka Raven Media has struck again. This company truly gets off on luring people in with the free, no obligation software.
Yes, many of us are at fault because we overlook that we need to call and cancel or get screwed monthly with the $29.95 charge.
But no where, not in the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Enrollment does it mention the infamous GSA/SBA charge for $5.95.
I called tonite and virtually had to argue my way through the give me my money back thing. I had *low man on totem pole* who only wanted to read me cue cards, of which I had no interest.
I finally used words like TX State Attorney General, US Attorney General, Fraud, and then threw in, *I'm a lawyer*. Supervisor came on and yes, they started recording at that point.
Supervisor gave me my happy, merry refund which was my goal and now I'm impatiently wait to see it show up on my statement.
So... Now my request to all of my fellow *I've been screwed by Raven Media and GrantWriter Pro* friends. Please go to the IC3 (link below) and file a report. They investigate internet fraud and maybe we can cause a blip on the radar. It's worth a try.
