I contracted DJ Wimberley, Musicsite Makers, Andrew Rosenberg from guru.com (here after referred to as "them or they") to build a new site for our association; The International Association of Architectural Photographers IAAP. Suffice it to say, as of this writing we do not have a new site. We fired "them" DJ Wimberley, aka Musicsite Makers, aka Andrew Rosenberg after our site was nine days late from a much publicized New Years Eve Launch.
They lead us to believe that our site would launch right up to the stroke of midnight 12/31. And when it didn't we lost 10's of thousands of dollars in new business, and current business. For the next nine days we were told over and over again "Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow" Well we all know that "tomorrow" never comes.
Our Group was humiliated, and we were deeply saddened for our membership that we fell prey to this group of thieves.
We paid over $4000.00 to "them" and we will spend at least that figure again to start over, and a great deal more.
This is a group well trained deceivers. The product that they demonstrate at musicsitemakers.com is not their own, I surmise it is just a lure.
This gang of idiots could not complete a simple checkout task, image gallery, or simple search engine.
They told me all work was done "in-house" When I asked "why all the Kiev IP's on a site that hasn't launched"? I wont even share the excuse, it flies in the face of reason.
Because we showed them the door, and refused to pay them another cent, we were extorted, and threatened with violence, and an attack on our servers.
I'm the founder and President and I was slandered in a libelous assault (see below). We suspect that we were indeed hacked. Right now (01/11/07) the site is down, and we have no idea why (www.iaap.co.uk)
We have many emails containing the threats and extortion. The Secret Service was called and notified of the threats. We told "them" that what they were threatening to do was against the law! Specifically, to violate The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (as amended Oct. 3,1996) Section 1030. Fraud and related activity in connection with computers.
In their words: "We have been advised by our Attorney that we can employ of software deactivation tool, if our code is used without full payment right now, since you have yet to pay in full. We reserve the right to deactivate any or all of our software as we choose since it hasn't been paid for in full. This serves as an official notice to this. No more communication will be sent on this matter.

The above message alone should give you some idea of the brain power of this group. They had been warned THAT the Untied States Secret Service has jurisdiction over these crimes; and yet they defy the law!
We know that when this gang finds this post, they will respond. But to save them the trouble, let us share with you the feedback they posted on guru.com (guru has taken the post down).

"We advise no pro to work with this Guy Thomas Bliss, he is a complete fraud. Actually he has border line mental issues. He actually stole our code and we are now in talks with our Attorneys to have his site taken down. Pros are aware to work with this guy. He paid his first invoice 14 days late. He still expected his site to be done on the date of the contract even though he paid 14 days late. The IAPP and this guy runs is a complete fraud operation he planned to do this. He pays late and always changes the scope of the project. The project would have been completed but he change the access to the FTP server so we could not complete our work in effect he stole our code. He is a rude and disrespectful. We will be filing criminal charges against him as early as Tomorrow because he stole our code. We actually think the client is border line insane if not insane NO Pro should every work with this guy as he is some crazy deranged person. Pros beware, he is nut case. We would almost think he is on some type of drugs or medication of sorts. He very is demanding even when he is late on doing things and paying. He lies and he lies. Don't trust this guy. This entire IAPP he is running is a fraud and we hope that once people see this post they will steer clear of this guy and his fake company. He uses threats to get his way. He tries to take advantage of companies but this time his attempt will not work. He will find himself in lawsuit this week. He even tried to bride us and offer less money than our code was agreed to be paid for and when we declined he tried to get nasty but he doesn't understand the laws and copyright laws. People please don't waste you efforts with the insane client. You would really regret it. He thinks him going to affect our business but actually he will not."
