We contracted with Jaipur Tecnnologies / Redress Infotech / Pankaj Panwar to develop a website and software interface for a client.
The entire scope was outlined in very detailed documentation which Pankaj or his developers did not or could not read/understand. However they went ahead and developed code anyway. During the first phase of the development we had serious issues with the code they were creating because it did not conform to the scope.
As time went on they would force us to explain things via Skype for hours at a time and refused to read the scope which was very clearly written in a 17 page document.
We paid them hundreds of dollars to begin the project and also paid them for parts that were far from complete because they said they refused to work on the project and would not release the code they did create until we paid them more. Not just a few hundred dollars more but a few thousand more.
We had no choice but to pay them to get the code which they did upload to our server.
After fully analyzing what they did we discovered that they did not do the work and also left virtually everything they started unfinished.
Beware of this company and others like them.
