I responded to a e-mail offering me a free trial size of a appetite suppressant. The only thing I was required to pay was $4.95 to cover S&H. The e-mail made no mention of any auto ship. As a matter of fact as all ads state 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.
I received two more bottles 90 ct.in which I did not order!!! I immmediately looked for an invoice, but low and behold there was no information at all. I went to the internet and googled in pure energy products, Inc. Well guess what no contact information at all. But I did find out that I too am not the only fool out there. Guess thats what happens when you trust people. Never again will this happen to me. I will not participate in any e-mail offers. Once bitten twice shy!
I Tried to contact the customer service dept. At the number that I found on the web site and keep getting a recording stating that their mail box is full I immediately contacted my credit card company and sure enough there was a charge for $149.95 from them. They are filing a dispute claim with them and I canceled that account.
They will not get another penny from me. I have also filed a claim with my State Attorney general along with Oklahoma's State Attorney. I will also go to my personal atttorney if need be. I hope that everyone sticks together and put's this sad excuse of a company out of business.
