I was looking for a website my brother used and didnt realize LiveWire.com and LiveWire.net were two different websites (LiveWire.net is the legitimate company). When I tried to cancle the membership or get support the links had me going in circles!!! I finally called my credit card company to find out what I could do. The actual website you need to go to request a refund and cancle your memebership is MyMP3Live.com. Of course, I don't think I'll get my money back but at least I was able to find the actual website I needed.
