Sent me a letter thru the mail that i had won $3,622.48

I think that this kind of stuff needs to stop cause there are people out there that don't have access to the internet and tools to help them figure out if this is a scam and they will fall for it. I think these kind of people need to be repramanded and brought before jury and taken down.
