Took money out of my account without me knowing it

I ordered this product and to my surprise it did not work.
Once I cancelled my order they still desided to take my money.
Every time I called they would tell me I would get a call in 2-3 business days and never got them.
Do not buy from this company.
I am working with local news stations to spread the word.
