I recieved in the mail letter from Huntington prize telling me i won 1,900.000.00 but they want me to send 19.99

I recieved in the mail letter from Huntington prize telling me I won 1,900.000.00 but I need to send 19.99 to claim it. I realy though I won after having a hard time this year filing bankruptcy I though finaly relief. Then i decide to look the company up on the internet and found it is a scam.
