The picture of the DaVinci watch showed four dials... Time, day, date, moon phase. There was nothing in the description to indicate that all the dials weren't functional. When the watches arrived there were no directions. When I called customer service and asked the rep how to set the dials, she immediately said that it was just a normal watch that told time only and the other dials were just for appearance.
This was a mispresentation of the product and very deceptive marketing.
