I ordered Moon Sand from WorldWide Department Store on November 2 and have not recieved my product yet. But they have taken the money out of my account that I used to pay for the product.
My husband and I have tried to call several times and each time we get an answering machine saying " leave a message and someone will call you back or email you with a response." Which neither of those things have happened.
Hey all I want is my money back if they don't have the product, even if they called back and explained the product was on back order. But it seems kind of fishy that no one ever answers the phone. There has to be something we can do so that other unsuspecting customers don't make the same mistake as me and other people have. It's not right to take people's hard earned money. What a bunch of liars and cheats, I am glad I only bought one product from them.
