I too received a check stating that I had won in the Third category of the British Lottery. Claim #78600.
The check was in the amount of $3,267.00. This was for taxes and clearance fees. I was to deposit the check into my account and then contact my "agent" to receive the balance of $161,733.00.
The agents name is Anne Phillips of the Equinox Disbursment Company, a Subsicidiary of the British Lottery Commission. The address is 2251 Royal Windsor Drive, Oakville, Ontario L6J 7X8

On the check is an address for All Products Automotive, Inc. Their address is 4701 W Cortland Avenue, Chicago, Il, 60639 Phone# 1-204-952-5146..
It instructs the recipient to claim this by November 29th. Since it is too good to be true I searched and found this usacomplaints.com site.
