Of Las Vegas And Moving Across America ripoff negligent, dishonest with fraudulent commetments modern day crime organizations

I called Premium relocation a crime organization because they hire thugs to do there dirty work and they take peoples money believing they can get away with it, because they have. They commit fraud and commit negligence by hiring the people they do who are not reputable and breech their contract, and Premium seems to stand behind this and makes fraudulent promises. Here is my costly nightmare of an experience with Premium relocation and moving across America.

STATEMENTS OF FACTS WITH PREMIUM LOCATION
1. I had found premium relocation on the internet and called them and spoke with a gentleman named Thomas.
2. I had made arrangements with this above mentioned company to move my Aunt Nancy and her companion's things. The time frame would be between 07/21/06 to 7/22/06
3. I gave this gentleman my home number and my cell number
4. I instructed him to call me on my cell phone as I would be traveling to Indianapolis, Indiana so I would be there during the move
5. I needed to put down a deposit of 700.00 dollars which I did with our debit credit card
6. I then paid for a package trip at last minute.com
7. I was to leave the 20th and go to Chicago O'Hara airport then connect my flight at 6:30 however flight was canceled and the airport stated that the next available flight would be at 6:00pm the next evening. Needless to say I had to hurry and call all my pre arranged plans and move them.
8. When I called premium relocation I tried to reach Thomas and I got a recording I left as message about the situation and told them to call me as soon as possible I received no call that night
9. I stayed in the airport all night and I called premium again and a message came on again. When I finally reached someone that morning they stated that my truck had already gone to the storage location I said but they never called me and premium said they must have called your home I said but I am not at home and I left instructions to call on my cell they stated that they had to continue on
10. Premium said they could try and get another carrier to p/u my aunt's things and they would get back with me.
11. They left me a message and said that they had gotten another carrier to p/u my things between Monday the 24th and Tuesday the 25th
12. I paid extra for hotel and car and moved my ticket to leave Tuesday
13. I went out to the storage Saturday and Sunday packing loose stuff and moving what I could around to get things ready
14. I go out to the storage Monday no call and no show so I figure they will be in early Tuesday so I arrive at storage around 10:00 and I have heard nothing from the carrier then I try calling premium but there was no answer so I faxed a message stating were are you!
15. Premium called me and said you mean your carrier hasn't called you I said no I haven't heard anything from them at all then premium said they would call them
16. The carrier called me around 2:00 pm stating they were not sure when they would be in I asked for approximate time because I have a plane to catch Tuesday (that day) The driver said they had been driving for several days with no sleep and with traffic they probably wouldn't get in till night time I said let me see if I can change my flight but I need to know what time I can leave he couldn't say I said if I plan on Wednesday would that be good he said yes so I made arrangement s till Thursday because the plane people would not let me change it again and I figured I could leave Thursday and get to the airport by 2:00
17. Premium calls about 8:00 and tells me they have arrived but they have to go drop off their load and would be over first thing in the morning
18. I arrive at shurgaurd around 9:00 and called carriers but no answer so I left a message. I called a couple of times and still no answer. I have started taking small boxes and med size boxes and placing in hall
19. The carriers show up at two and state they were not able to unpack the truck because the people did not have the money last night so they still had to unpack the truck but for me not to worry they were going to take care of everything they would pack things and I said well how much will that cost the Driver said don't worry about the money you still have your health what's money I said oh if money is not important then I guess you will do it for free huh he said he could not because he worked for another company the van said moving across America
20. He had me sign a bunch of papers even inventory ones and I said but we haven't packed yet an he said don't worry we will number everything and write it down so they unloaded some packing supplies and opened three ward robe boxes and just started dumping stuff in and not caring about how much space or tape they were using and I asked well how much does that box cost they said 29.00$ I said no stop packing I will do that myself and you just move the big stuff out.

Well since the truck was full they moved a couple of boxes that were packed out then they got a phone call from their Boss they spoke in Israeli and I did not understand what was being said but the driver was visibly upset, now mind you this is Wednesday and I have to leave Thursday.

I ask what is wrong he said the people have the money and they needed to get over there I said why don't you go unload your truck and I'll stay and pack and for them to eat and come back, now their whole time put in with me was one hour and a half that time included the paper signing moving their truck around in the lot and approx 20 min was spent helping me before they left. The packed one lamp and 1 and a half ward robe box all together. They left and I continued to work until 7:00 and it started to rain.

I called them to see where they were and I said when are you guys coming back and they said we are only half way through

I said I am leaving tomorrow and I have to be packed tonight he said that their was nothing he could do. Then I hung up frustrated wondering how could they leave me with my things stranded in the rain to get ruined. I also have an injured leg and neck and back having to do this work myself. The rain continued and I thought I have an injured back and bad left leg how was I going to get the two big boxes in and all the stuff I dragged out to be ready to load I was exhausted so I called them back and said you need to come back and help at least get the stuff out of the rain and the driver said "not going to happen" I said what? He said "not going to happen".

I then was very upset he told me to call main office if I had a problem. Well my first worry was how I was going to get these things in as the two big boxes were very wet. I was very distraught and trying to do it by myself. Then like an angel on earth just when you think all hope is gone a gentleman came by and said what is wrong can I help you?

I told him my situation and he helped me. We got everything back in the storage and it was 9:55 I paid the gentleman 50.00 dollars for his help, because if my things had been left in the weather all night and not locked up as Moving Across America had left me and would not come back. My things would have been ruined or stolen I also made the gentleman give me a receipt and
sign a letter stating what happened

I receive a call from Moving Across Americas driver at 10:00 who states he had just finished and would be over Thursday first thing I then said not going to happen he said what do you mean I said not going to happen you left me stuck with my things in the weather and did not care I could not change my flight again and it was leaving the next day and we still had another storage that hadn't even been touched by me yet. He said you can't do that and that I would lose my 700.00 deposit I said oh no you were to have me packed and moved by Tuesday and you did not even start anything till Wednesday you had already violated your agreement (breech of contract) to have me moved by mon or tues and

I was willing to stay an extra two more days costing me even more money and still you did not have me moved I hung up and he was yelling at me then he called back and asked if I was calmer of course I was upset too because I had worked like the dickens to get the stuff out and back in and had spent so much money and I still did not have my things moved. I said I do not feel comfortable with any promise because they had already broken several promises as it was and I did not want to continue with this company who have have already established them selves to be unprofessional.

They had made so many promises and never fulfilled them which then becomes fraud. They had costed me triple in expenses because of breech of their contract to have me moved by Tuesday. I called premium and left a message in tears as to what happened then I got a call from the drivers manager his name was David I was talking to the girl at the front desk at the place I was staying and I had her answer my phone then I spoke with David he told me he was a big company and had a name to up hold and that on his word the drivers will get it done and he will deduct my extra cost from the bill I said I would think about it he said they would be there at 8:00 in the morning at my storage and any problems to call him I said I wanted that all in writing I said he could fax it over to the storage and I'll read it

I got off the phone and thought hum a big company I'll bet they are on the internet so I proceeded to use the hotel computer and look them up I found their name and found them on rip off.com I was horrified at what they had done to someone else and the beginning was similar to mine I thought this was a very scary company TO GO WITH AND THEY HAD PROVEN THEMSELVES TO BE UNTRUST WORTHY I called premium and told them what happened.

At first they stated that Across America had packed my thing s then I cancelled on them I told premium that was a lie and I told them what happened and then they talked to who ever approves your refund of 700.00 and told me I would be refunded but it would take about one to two weeks I said ok I also stated that I did not want to talk with moving across America any more because they were harassing me and they said I did not need to.
The next morning came and I went very early.

I WANTED TO BE FAIR TO THE MOVERS AND NOT MAKE THEM WAIT AROUND SO THEY COULD GO ON TO THERE NEXT Job so I went early at 8:00 to shurgaurd and no drivers and then I called Dave and told him what I had found out and that his drivers still weren't there and that it was now Thursday and I had to leave and that I felt his company was not a reputable one not one to be trusted. And that I did not wish to continue It is now 10:00 am I had just left and I get a call from the driver on my cell were he left a message and he states "we are here and we want to do the job and what is this 8:00 business" I call shurgaurd and ask if they were there and he said no so they even lied again

When I came home it was not long before I had business in las Vegas to do and I stayed almost one month doing work and came back home on my way home my card would not work and my husband had to get me money for gas to return home my account was over drawn and I could not understand it because 700:00 dollars should have already been deposited so I got home and came to find out that premium had not done what they said they would do; so I called and some Lady was giving me a song and dance telling me that the notes state that the had packed me and that I had canceled them I started to tell her I already had this discussion and that was not true they packed to boxes then she said see they packed you and I said look you guys already said you would refund me my money and I have already had this conversation and that if my account was not reimbursed I was going to sue.

This trip had costed me over 4000.00 and I still did not get my things. She said the person handling it wont be in till Monday I hung up and called back to get their address and proceeded to type up a statement of facts I am now back to paying rent on the units my husband had rented a unit in Utah for it to go to and they caused my bank account to go over draft by approx 300.00 in fees I no longer have funds to get the things here and because of having to stay longer than what my contract had It costed me triple because I was no longer on a package deal.

I had to move hotels three times to get a cheaper rate I was put through so much work, time, and stress for nothing and to only become in debt and not able to afford another trip and pay the cost to move my aunts things I want to sue them for Fraud, negligence and breech of contract their guys never came according to my contract with premium who should of made sure the move happened correctly they were my brokers. Premium still refuses to give me my deposit back and has no interest in hearing any accurate story.

The group is now rude and unprofessional stating people will call me back and don't. And they will not let me get in touch with the owner or any one above their customer service manager Barbra, who I believe is the one in the beginning who stated I would get reimbursed. Rude receptionist when trying to get your money back. Her name is Leslie found no help there and they stated the owners name is Ian Kessner. I could not talk to him. There License #5252742 any one want to join in on a law suit please leave me a message. We need to join together and help stop this kind of crime.

For your work, time, expense and mental anguish and for damage you deserved to be payed. Give them a message even if you don't have money we are not going to take it any more from these kind of organizations that RIP - OFF good hard working americans.
