This company gets you to join their club online promising great deals on DVD's? Than they send you DVD's that you don't want because you are on something called a Directors Selection (what a joke) They than did an un-authorized debit from my checking account since I made the mistake of giving them my credit card #. Supposedly you enter some type of contract when you subscribe online which forces you to buy x amount of DVD's but no one ever knows that till it is too late. You cant reach a customer service rep on their 800 number because there is never ending set of prompts that just eventually dissconects you. I cancelled my membership and sent back the DVD's and now they are billing me 23.00 becuase of failure to honor my contract? They will nullify this bill if you buy some DVD's (form of extortion) TO me they are nothing but scammers that have a history of extorting money by threatening to put you in a collection agency if you don't buy there overpriced DVD's. They should also be sued for all the unauthorized account access they are doing to unknowing consumers. I want them to stop billing me for service and contract I never wanted or know of. Thank you.
