My name is Adrienne on Oct 13 before I even read usacomplaints.com. I ordered Remy Virgin Hair from this site to find out that it is a BIG FRAUD. I then received a email stating what I order etc. Tried to contact the company no answer, then on Tues Oct 17 I received a phone call from a 267 278 8082 and I missed the call so I called back to get an answering machine.
I then checked my bank account information to see if the payment was taken out (yes it was) and tried to call the company to obtain a tracking number, but was unsuccessful. I requested that the item be shipped in 2 days air (no package) and no response. Needless to say I've been ripped off! Whoever this lady is. She's going to pay for this! She doesn't know about me at all and a legal suit is in the makings for my money! It's now been a week and no product no communication VERY ODD!
