I have been an Axia College Online student since July. When I first called to inquire about this online university the counselors and everyone involved were so very courteous and attentive to my needs. Now, I can't even get simple call back or retuned e-mail. According to the online account system I owe over $2800.00. I keep getting bounced around from sounsleor to counselor. Everyone tells me one thing and another thing is done. As of today I have written 3 detailed e-mails to my counselor (financial and academic).
I have withdrew from classes because when I needed help no one is ever there. I am completely ignored. I am going to transfer to another online university becasue Axia College is a joke. I am not getting the help the I request. I am being completely ignored.
I work in the business world and a 24 Hour turn aorund is suffucient but not at Axia you can go weeks without here from anybody by then you have failed the class and then they make you pay becasue a failed class can not be paid for my your student loans. They are a ripoff.
