I was looking under "Free Samples" and came across "Hydoderm and First Impression". It said pay shipping only, I ordered and paid shipping (I know it was stupid). They then had my card number and made several unauthorized charges. I cancelled everything on May 18 and received letters from them telling me I would not receive any more merchandise or be charged any more, they lied. I went to my bank and changed my card number, and gave the bank all the information, now they claim they are going to pay. What do I do next?
