Progressive Office Products AKA IDCSERVCO called saying that they were from Minolta and that the price of my toner is going up and I should buy right now at a low rate. When I realized that we get our toner free with our minolta contract it was to late I sent the check in already.
I called customer service several times and got the run around. I spoke to several individuals Melissa Jones, Anthony (don't know last name), Kenneth Miller-supervisor, and Henry Hill-supervisor and most of the time I got a answering machine picking up.
I want to return the 3 Minolta toner cartridges and get a refund. The fact of the matter is that I was lied to and they say I can't return it or I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee is B&S&. I found out a lot of information (mostly at usacomplaints.com) They've been doing this scam since at least 2002 and countless companies have been scammed. They use different names, address, phone #, but their "Service Company" is always IDCSERVCO.
They must be stopped and prosecuted to the fulliest.
