I noticed on my bellsouth phone bill for 9 there was a charge for "other". When i looked it up it was for OAN e-mail service. I went back on previous bills and around $16 has been charged to my account for 5 months.
I e-mailed bellsouth and they said it had nothing to do with them and they gave me a toll free number which was not in service. I looked up the OAN website. It is about 4 lines and tells you absolutely nothing about who or what they are.
There was an e-mail link which i sent a message asking to cancel this and to refund my money. They sent a reply that they would get back to me in 5 days. Yea, that's what I said - 5 days. Meanwhile I'm filing a report the FCC.
