I signed on with this company 2 years ago with a promise of how easy the system is to use, that I would make my investment back () within 6-9 months. First of all, my web site never and I mean NEVER functioned right, I even had to buy my own security certificate which was impossible to install on my site. I had even talked to they're tech. Team to resolve this issue, no help whatsoever. It was initially $695 to sign and use they're store builder plus $100 a month there after. A terrible investment on my part.
Back in August of I had contacted them by phone as well as by email to cancel they're services. I was assured that it would be done. Since then I have made several attempts to contact them because they are still taking the $100 a month off of a Debit Card. I have called previous numbers I've had for them, They were disconnected. I have mailed them, no response. I would be more than happy to hear from someone who can point me in the right direction. If there is still a class action suit against this company, I would like to sign up
