RVnUSA - Ed Merick
Ripoff did not return security deposit as promised, Visalia

Using info obtained from the website Info@RVnUSA, I reserved a RV. A security deposit of $500 was required. I sent such a check to RVnUSA, PO Box 1001, Goshen, CA. As I was approaching Visalia on July 30 to return the vehicle, Ed Merick called me on a cell phone and informed me that he would send the security deposit to me rather than to my partner who had witten the check for use of the vehicle.

According to the written agreement Ed gave me. A check would be mailed within 14 days after the vehicle was returned. Messages requesting payment have been left on 3 different phones. They, as well as emails, have been ignored. I have made every effort to communicate with Ed Merick. He obviously does not want to talk with me.

I am convinced that Mr. Merick has no intention of return the security deposit he owes me. He is obviously a unethical business man
