First and foremost let me say as an inventor that anytime a company asks you to sign their own copied disclosure form without anyone in their compamies signature on it except your own, there is a red flag. Because it holds "no one liable" but yourself. If you have an invention make sure you make anyone you disclose your invention to "sign your disclosure form" and not their own! These people tried to rip me off by never got away with it because i am smarter than they are and knew their disclosure form meant nothing and insisted they have someone in their company to sign on the dotted line but they refused.
In essence ended up giving me a hard time about it and refused to sign their name regarding confidentiality. Then when i called back because they had not responded as theyd promised to do i appraoched them and wow the sparks began to fly! George o'hada was hateful and mean to me and oppressive (which is illegal to do in sales/collections both) and the previous rep named wahn disappeared and no one knew him at all yet he handled my file and no sign of wahns name on my file..? Hmmmn thats strange when he handled it "first for months!". The new rep george ohada was a rude jerk and hung up on me so i made a call to his superior named ralph rogahno (goes also by george rogeri) and answered to both names hmmmn, thats strange to i said to myself... Anyways he was suppose to call me back but didnt for 6 days so i called invent tech again. Finally there he was on the phone and couldn't try to get rid of me fast enough because why... Because they knew i was smarter than they were and knew they are required to sign a non-disclosure form too. Because folks thats the only way to keep your invention your very own otherwise they can seel it or give it away to anyone they want! Even a patent attorney you hire signs a non-disclosure form when you hired the attorney, so never ever let anyone know anything about your invention unless they sign that disclosure form, period! Thats a big no no and invent tech's ralph just couldnt tell fast enough to go to another company, of course he stated repeatedly as though he were present when i spoke to hateful george on the phone prior to this call..., the week before but he was not on the phone and wasnt there so how'd he know what i did or didnt do... Anyways?
Any how he wasnt there and merely took georges word for it and i said you werent there and you do not know what you are talking about ralph roghano (i doubt it is even his name folks seriousely!), andways he simply made false accussations and well it pissed me off i do not know of any company who'd run potential clients off "unless" they know the've been found out and the client knows they are not playing by the rules! So heed to these creeps and steer clear of them because they are not in it to help you but are in it for the money because they are suppose to be free but then as i have read they asked many people for money. Thats not right at all and not what free defines as, folks. Free is free but these people are running a scam obviousely and i advise everyone to file a complaint in every state they operate in with the attorney generals office, better business bureau's in florifa and pennsylvania and anywhere else they run their rip off business from. A complaint to the fair trade commission too as well as the division of finance. Dont give these people anything..., not money, not time, not your signature and certainly not your invention! They didnt get anything from me and they knew they were messing with the wrong lady.., im from the show-me state of missouri..., show me first invent tech what you have to offer otherwise put up or shut up and dont waste our time! By the way they give a nice spill too about how they have no complaints against them and are a reputable company but... Whooooh are they liars..., sure looks like these are complaints here ralph, wahn, and george!
