I just received this letter stating that it was guranteed that I won 1.9 million dollars if I send the form back signed along with $19.99 fee for a report to be sent. I read through the letter again and something told me that it was too good to be true so I found this website and decided to file a complaint. This company should not play with people like that. We are all in desparate need of money these days and I don't believe that you should have to pay a fee to get the money you won. If there was a fee shouldn't the company automatically take it out of your winnings? Well, anyway, I just wanted to state this letter and get the word out. Thank you.
