They send me a letter saying i won $1,900, 000.00 if i would send them $19.99 filing fees ripoff

I was sent a letter on 08/15/06 stating that I won $1900000.00. With a little blue card with this confirming one on it. They wanted me to send them $19.99 for filing fees. They said I would get the money at the end of the month. I did not send the money and I found out from the RIP OFF that they were a rip off. So I did not send any money. I wanted to thank RIP OFF for saving me for their rip off.
