I ordered a wet/dry Panasonic ES364 men's shaver from 101SHAVERS.com via telephone. I got the shaver, plugged it in to charge it, and it did not work. I plugged it in for a second night, thinking it needed more time to charge. The next day turned it on and nothing happened. The thing was dead!
I called 101 and they offered me technical support?! It's a shaver for God's sake! I explained it doesn't work. They said send it back and we'll send another (no doubt the same defective piece of crap!) I told them to send me a shipping label for postage-no they don't do this. So I have to pay postage to get what I should have gotten from the get go—a working shaver.
I told her that what the company is doing is fraud. They would not let me speak with the the so-called president of the company, Peter Vaughn. So I told her -it's at my house you can come get it. I don't care if it's five bucks to ship it—it's the principal! I will dispute this on our credit card—they won't get away with this fraudulent business.
