I had told the lady i may have to cancel and she said it was fine as long as i called within 7 days from the call. I called 2 days later they said they had no record of me. I called again
2 more days later. They said the same thing. Then i find the money taken from the account. I called and they had me onfile..
I canceled the card. Still not having recieved it in the mail..
Requested a refund was told had to mail in a request. So i mailed 2 letters within the same month. Still i have gotten nothing back from them. They took 200.00 dollars.
Now they send my soon to be husband a card wanting him to activate it..
And the activation letter. If you call the number its an automated activation recording. They have not one customer service number or any way to contact a live person.
