Checked my credit union checking account online last night and found 2 transactions/debits on 12/23 from someone or some company named BOULOGNE BILL, FR... One for $20.31 and the second one for 20 cents.
I contacted my credit union, cancelled my current debit card, and will be submitting a credit card fraud report to the local law enforcement.
I have no idea how they got my debit card information to commit the fraud on my account. Fortunately for me, I check my account frequently and caught this early.
