Started making calls from the directory that I received and got complaints. People said that they had from 4 to 20 calls in 1 week from this list. This is supposed to be an exclusive list.
Some were upset as they were getting so many calls and had asked to have their names removed from the list and continued to get calls. One guy was upset as he had merchandise and after giving information to several locators nothing ever came of it. There was no follow up. Some were mad because they weren't the type of company that should have even been on the list.
I called the Calif # and said that only a few locators was to have this list. That I had tried to call Nick Lasorsa (General Mngr) several times for help and he never returned my calls and also that one person was very frustrated and mad because there was no follow up to buy his inventory. Cust service person was evasive and didn't ask my name or for any phone # or names.
