Ripoff Lying about themselves

The following company (representative) called us looking for a fashion designer. We are a news web site. We do not hire designers, or have them work for us (we hire writers and editors, etc). The individual in question told the Editor-n-Chief of FashionWindows.com, Inc. That she represents the Federal Government of the United States and demanded that the editor confirm a designers address. After the phone call, the editor asked me to check into the information from the phone call. I did some checking and found the following information based on the telephone number that was used to call us (678-937-5040):

This is OBVIOUS fraud. This company needs to be fined to the extent that it puts them out of business. We do not need this kind of business operating inside the U.S.
